Pendulum clock with a reading cherub on a column decorated with a heron. The structure is made of red griotte marble. The front is decorated with two bees and griffins and a gorgon mask. White enamel dial signed by the clockmaker "Vaillant à Paris". Perfect condition. Pendulum fully revised, cleaned by a professional. Works perfectly. Supplied with its pendulum and winding key. Original movement with a string. Empire period, Napoleon 1st, circa 1805
