"Round “rabbit” Ring Holder Or Ashtray, Lalique, 20th Century"
Opalescent molded-pressed glass small cup serving as a ring holder or ashtray with a rabbit effigy in the center. The model was created on April 30, 1925 by René Lalique (1860-1945), appears in the catalogs of 1928 and 1932, then was removed from the catalog in 1937 and was not repeated after 1947 (ref. Marcilhac 285 page 271).
Signed “R. Lalique France” and numbered 285 under the base. This type of signature followed by the reference number was used between 1928 and 1932.

Good general condition.
