19th Century Dance Card, Blue Velvet And Beautiful Chiseled, Gold Or Fix Embellishment

Very beautiful 19th century dance card, gilt brass mount and ivory plates, the front face decorated with a sumptuous applied decoration with foliage scrolls, arabesques and/or interlacing foliage and flowers (this extremely finely crafted part is certainly gold), no longer having reagent, I do not guarantee that it is gold, it could be pomponne.
The small mechanical pencil is also ivory, the upper button unscrews and the cylindrical body serves as a reserve for spare leads (leads are present).

Additional information : Ivory specimen of Elephantidae spp (I/A) pre-convention, prior to June 1st 1947 in accordance with the EC 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-Wmc. For an exit from the EU, a CITES re-export document will be necessary, this one being at the charge of the future buyer. The delivery of such a document is not automatic. The future buyer will have to inquire about the conditions of re-export because some countries do not allow the introduction of ivory specimens of Elephantidae on their territory.
