The circular porcelain base is decorated with colored scrolls, highlighted with a gilt net and encircled by a gadrooned bronze mount. Each stem is adorned with a hand-painted porcelain medallion, representing a putto in a bucolic setting. Quality work, in the style of Sèvres productions under the Second Empire.
