Beautiful Provençal wall shelf or estanié, or estanier.
Originally intended to present the beautiful collections of pewter.
In solid walnut, it opens with a large drawer on the front mounted with dovetails and carved with a large flowered vase.
Then a balustrade above to present carafes and bottles.
Then two presentation shelves under a crosspiece carved with musical instruments.
It has retained an old Indian canvas in the background.
Perfect condition and very beautiful walnut patina. Work from the beginning of the 19th century.
