Basin, Tâs, Calligraphy, Tinned Copper Bowl, Afghanistan, Second Half Of The 19th Century

beautiful old basin in tinned copper, "Tâs" from Afghanistan, from the 19th century.
This basin with a domed base is decorated with engraved motifs and shows traces of black paste inlays in the incisions.
The outer wall is surrounded by a wide band of four calligraphic cartouches placed on alternating trellises of four rosettes with spiral decoration, typical of Central Asia.
Above and below, two fine friezes surround the base.
This basin is placed on a large pedestal.
The object is in very good condition and has a beautiful patina.
The patina of the whole is superb and the whole is in very good condition.
