Here is a beautiful coffee table produced by the Belgian ceramist Julien De Covemaeker in his workshop in Ostend circa 1960, under the name and signature Juliette Belarti, his publishing house.BELARTI means in short, artistic Belgium.It is composed of glazed ceramic tiles on a black lacquered metal base.The particularity of this model lies in the rarity of its "navette" shaped decoration in a bright golden yellow color enhanced by the contrast of the black of the hatching.The table is signed.It is in very good condition considering its age, more than 65 years.Here is a ceramic coffee table, very practical due to its dimensions, very decorative and bright, all in a magnificent state of freshness.
