Moroccan Nimcha Saber - Morocco, 19th centuryHorn handle, silver ferrule and steel guard with beautiful remains of gold damascening.European blade with half-moon and Santiago cross markings (markings generally attributed to Spanish furnishers but having very often been copied, notably in Solingen or Passau).Scabbard with wooden core covered with brown morocco and a chiseled silver rivet.Missing the rivet button above the pommel (however the blade and handle have no play).Slight accidents to the scabbard and rivet.Total length 100.5cmLength without scabbard 98cmBlade length 82cm
