Beautiful Eggshell Lacquer Vase, Gold And Red Lacquer Chrysanthemums, Thanh Ley, Vietnam 20th Century

Beautiful large vase, a cylindrical base with several evolutions, a straight body and a very flared neck. The body is in eggshell lacquer, decorated with a vegetal decoration of gold chrysanthemums and thin red bamboo branches. Red lacquered interior, black lacquered base, gold signature below: Thanh Ley. Quite unusual decoration for this very decorative item! Good general condition, unfortunately it has some internal cracks, not crossing to the outside of the vase. Please look carefully at my detailed photos, I hide nothing!
Vietnamese lacquer working, dating from the second part of the 20th century, Circa 1950-1960.
Dimensions: 28cm H. Base diameter 11cm. Rim diameter 19cm.
