André Gorse (1847-1989) (attributed to): Pyrenean Landscape I », Indian ink wash and sepia 17 X 25.5 cm, mounted by a double marie-louise with gilt bevel in a gilt frame decorated with egg leaves 35 X 43 cm accidents and losses.
Photo-oxidized sheet, some foxing, but less than it appears in the photo because some are simply the shadow of spots inside the glass which will disappear when dismantled.
This charming Pyrenean artist who left us some very beautiful lithographs gives us here a panorama of the Pyrenees in the background from where a gave still flows peacefully winding between the trees in the plain.
