Beautiful Hongmu Sculpture Silver Wire Inlaid, Itinerant Monk, Chinese Or Vietnamese 19th C

Beautiful sculpture, solid wood, most likely from Hongmu, representing a traveling monk. He stands upright on an openwork base representing a pierced stone, holding a staff, a support for his bundle and his travel belongings, his habit with a beautiful draped movement. The garment is finely inlaid with silver thread decorated with geometric friezes, flowers and stylized clouds. Trace of an old label underneath.
The condition is unfortunately not excellent, a break has been glued on base, a crack on the head, and a small lack on the staff. Please look carefully at my detailed photos, I show everything!
Asian working, Chinese or Vietnamese, dating from the second half of the 19th century.
