Crowned Cow: Polished Iron Wax Case, Provincial, Louis XIV Period, Two Fine Seals

Wax stick case, simple, cylindrical, opening 2/3 by a screw thread, each end engraved of one seal, which you see, are astonishing and full of meaning:
*in a circle: The sun, the moon between two crossed scepters,
*in an octagon: A crowned cow, (Queen cow, which opens march to mountain on pasture road), under 3 fleur-de-lis engraved between two crossed beams.
I leave meaning of these seals to be discovered by more connoisseurs or better informed than me….
Indestructible wrought iron object, from a workshop in Nuremberg or Augsburg, whose specialty it was, for export to France where it was engraved, period of Louis XIV, circa 1700.
9cm x 2cm, minimal deformation.
