From a series of engravings, coming from a property in the Drôme, these views of Hardales, and Cartama, surroundings of Malaga, second part of 16th century, due to the designer Georgius Houfnaglius, 1564, (Joris Hefnagel, 1542-1600), published in the famous work of 1576 by Georg Braun (1541-1622), this copperplate engraving, period colors, engraved bowl: 49cm x 37cm, printed on the back of a text in Latin extolling the merits of these surroundings of Malaga .
Divided into two views, separated by a line bearing the artist's signature, the sheet measures 46cm x 58.5cm, glued at the top of the back, reinforced fold.
