Entirely in copper, crest stamped with 11 gadroons, plate struck in relief with a shield stamped with a burning pyre and surmounted by a city crown, all framed by an oak branch and a laurel branch with crossed axes and ribbon bearing the inscription "Srs POMPIERS DE L'ANTILLY". Visor and neck cover encircled by a brass rush folded astride the outer edge. Chinstraps composed of a leather chin strap covered with a single-piece plate stamped in the shape of scalloped scales and molded circular rosettes. Plume holder of square section.
Good general condition. I note missing inner headdress, small left shock on the left side, visible in the photos. France.
