Black patent leather handle, 27 cm high, 18 cm wide at the top, 24 cm wide at the bottom, with an interior patent leather pouch. In the center, a brass plaque, in the shape of a shield, embossed with the Gallic rooster perched on a ribbon tying a laurel branch and an oak branch against a background of a bundle of flags. In the lower part, a circle is cut out with the number "3". Plaque height 15.8 cm, width 14.3 cm. France. July Monarchy. Good condition.
