Amazing Painted Stoneware Teapot, Trompe l'Oeil Industrial Machine, Jean Fontaine, Ca. 1970-80
Artist: Jean Fontaine
Very surprising teapot, large capacity, in painted stoneware and taking the shape of an industrial machine in the "Steampunk" style. Superb trompe l'oeil, when I took it in hand for the first time, I really did not expect for ceramic.. Well signed with a monogram on the front, JF for Jean Fontaine (born in 1952).
Excellent condition, I still noted some micro chips, pinhead sized.. Thank you for looking carefully at my detailed photos, I hide nothing!
French working, dating from the second part of the 20th century, Circa 1970-1980. Dimensions: H 18.5cm x 24.5cm x 13cm width.
