Solid Silver Cup, Late 19th Century

Solid silver cup (76 grams) with flared neck, late 19th century. Decorated with a frieze composed of a series of varied flowers garnished with their foliage. Adorned with a cartouche engraved with a monogram including the intertwined letters “LG”. Minerva hallmark 1st title and goldsmith's hallmark including the letters “CT” with a feather on a plow base, which corresponds to the hallmark of the goldsmith César Tonnelier (large family of goldsmiths) who practiced from 1845 to 1882. 19th century period Silver net weight: 76 gr Good condition Dimensions: Height: 8 cm Diameter at the neck: 8.3 cm Diameter at the base: 5 cm
