Russia, Soviet period, circa 1970. Pair of cut crystal cornet-shaped bowls, accompanied by their gilt and nielloed silver glass holders, resting on pedestals. The mounts are decorated with an openwork decoration of interlacing friezes and equipped with scrolled handles. Each glass holder is topped with openwork pinnacles intended to hold the containers in place. The set is complete with its two engraved crystal saucers, with sloping rims highlighted with a gilt rim.
