Large solid silver buckle in a rounded rectangular shape decorated with squares and diamonds imitating precious stones such as Rhine stones or rhinestones or diamonds aligned between a row of faceted olives and a twisted wire.
Probably shoe buckle.
The closing mechanism and the barbs are made of steel.
Incomplete maker's mark: NG under a crowned fleur-de-lis
