This seal depicts a standing woman holding in one hand a pike surmounted by a Phrygian cap, or Liberty cap, and in the other arm, a fasces with an axe.
It bears the inscription: TRIBUNAL CORRECTIONNEL DE ROCROI. DEP DES ARDENN.
