Tiered rectangular clock, in gilded bronze, stamped by the watchmaker Leroy, for the Palais Royal, under the number 144. It features a five-string guitar, an aiguillette, a sculpture of Apollo holding a laurel wreath in one hand and a lyre on the other. The dial is adorned with the attributes of love and putti. The base is delicately carved with a rural concert surrounded by wild animals. The set rests on four feet decorated with scrolls and flowers.
