Patrick BURTIN Gallery: post-war art in Nantes /
The Patrick Burtin Gallery presents a selection of post-war art, ranging from the painting of the Second School of Paris to diverse artistic expressions.
Each work is chosen for its presence and uniqueness. My perspective stems first from a feeling—an encounter with the artwork. It is then enriched by research and knowledge, offering insights to the viewer. Finally, there comes a moment to let the work resonate, allowing each person to experience what it evokes within them. For to understand is also to feel.
Whether featuring renowned or unexpected artists, the selection is guided primarily by the eye and the encounter with the works themselves.
Nantes — private viewing by appointment, Tuesday through Saturday.
