Pair of cassolettes forming candlesticks in gilt bronze and white Carrara marble, Louis XVI period. They represent Athenians whose three uprights finely chiseled with foliage end in hooves and on the upper part in heads of goats. They support a basin decorated with acanthus leaves topped with a reversible cap forming a binet. The base is decorated with a row of pearls.
