Circa 1880-1900 France A boy's tail coat and waistcoat in mottled petrol blue and cream wool dating from the end of the 19th century. Small loose coat with tail, stand-up collar, cross fastening with brass buttons engraved with navy ink, brown cotton twill lining. An ivory wool twill waistcoat, white cotton back, engraved brass buttons. Slight discreet halos on the coat, otherwise good condition. Dimensions: Boy equivalent 12/14 years of the time. Habit Height 39 cm, shoulders 30 cm, arms 47 cm. Vest height 39 cm, shoulders 25 cm.
