"Pair Of Art Nouveau Vases, Jugendstil Iridescent Bohemian Glass, Work By Wilhem Kralik Or Johann Loetz Witwe"
Pair of beautiful old bulb-shaped vases with a hemmed and eventful upper edge, made in favrile or iridescent glass around 1900.
Work of the Art Nouveau period, manufacture of Johann Loetz Witwe or Wilhem Kralik in Bohemia.
No apparent signature mark to report.
Beautiful model with a narrowed body resting on a small heel and gradually widening to form a large shoulder constricted at the upper part to give rise to a wide hemmed collar with a moving edge.
The lightly gadrooned body is deliciously over-decorated with the application of stretched glass drops placed in fall.
These vase with multiple shades and sumptuous iridescent reflections have a satin texture that is very soft to the touch.
Here is a beautiful pair of vase created with brio by these glass artist from Bohemia. _________________________________________________________________________
