Porcelain Mustard Salt Cellars Depicting Kittens & Cats, Art Deco Period, Circa 1930

Rare charming object, tableware, a mustard pot also serving as salt and pepper shakers.
Very high quality object made at the beginning of the 20th century, in porcelain stoneware with olive green glaze depicting a covered bucket and small tubs imitating buckets made of circled wooden slats.
The grip of the zoomorphic object is formed by a cat clinging to the edge of the bucket, certainly a female cat watching over her kittens who are both busy climbing the walls of the small tubs.
The scene is adorable, the little subjects have an expressive, delicately painted face which gives a lot of charm to this object that one could describe as "delicious".
