Oval miniature mounted in gold enamelled brooch. The frame is in gold and enamelled with fine black enamel threads. The high-quality miniature shows a young man in a brown suit, black collar and bow. The jacket is open over a white shirt adorned with a gold tie pin. The background suggests clouds. The miniature is closed at the back with a mother-of-pearl plaque.
