Jules Coulange Lautrec (1861-1950) Pair Of Rural Scenes - Muleteers
Full of charm, these two small oils on cardboard painted in circles by the artist Jules Coulange Lautrec. Subtle, delicate and touching, they are framed together, signed lower right and represent scenes from the bucolic and rural life of the nineteenth century, muleteers and donkeys drinking their animals and chatting. They measure at sight, 12.5 cm in diameter each, and 23 cm by 38.5 cm in their frame.
