"A Small Screen Commode, 18th Time."
Small screen chest of drawers with a retractable curtain, in red velvet. The three sides and the top are inlaid in a single wood: the plum tree. It opens with three drawers, one of which is lateral. The set rests on four arched feet. 18th century. The ladies, thanks to the screen, protected their faces from the heat of the fireplace.
