Impressionist Painting : Hill Riding

When I acquired this incredible Impressionist study some ten years ago, the salesman assured me that it was a work by Joseph Bail, a hypothesis that I swept as soon as the painter of the interiors Kitchen and other laundries seemed to me to be far from the freedom of touch of this canvas.
