A beautiful pair of six-light candelabra made of finely chiseled bronze, gilded and patinated. Each piece depicts a draped, crowned woman holding a bouquet of lilies, carnations, and other flowers.
The figures rest on terraces decorated with dolphins, seashells, and reeds, atop molded black marble bases embellished with gilded bronze and curved feet.
The bronze and engraving are of very fine quality, highlighted by the contrast between the gilding and the dark patina.
Signed “L. GRÉGOIRE” on the bases.
