At her side, the Virgin as a child, dressed in an ochre gown and a blue cloak, stands next to her motherin an attentive pose. The composition, richly polychromed, is distinguished by the rendering of the drapery, the gilded high lights, and the facial expressions.
The work features an antique polychrome finish with signs of wear and numerous losses, attesting to its age.
