Organza Placemat Set, Napkins And Table Runner, Circa 1960
A very refined table set, including twelve sets, twelve napkins, and a centerpiece made of organdie, decorated with flowers and mechanical embroidery. Each set measures 47cmx 30cm, the table runner 75cm x35cm, each napkin 34cmx35cm. The set is in perfect condition, except for two towels, one of which has minimal wear, equivalent to a pinhole, and the other has minimal wear, equivalent to a duster.(On two last pictures).The cotton organza is transparent, which enhances the elegance of the flower decor. We notice a very slight marking on one of the sets, "organdie silk," proof of the almost new condition of this service. This trace will disappear over the washes.
