An antique tablecloth, made entirely of linen, showcasing remarkable craftsmanship and combining several traditional textile techniques. It features an alternating pattern of circular bobbin lace  and medallions, inserts of white and Richelieu embroidery, and geometric motifs in cutwork embroidery.
It features a rich and complex checkerboard pattern, with a beautiful scalloped border.

The dimensions are large for an extremely intricate tablecloth: 160 cm wide by 265 cm long.
