An elegant rectangular frame made of carved and gilded wood, dating from the early 18th century, featuring a rich decoration of flowers, foliage, and large, spreading leaves at the corners.
Smooth, curved profiles alternate with floral motifs carved in relief, notably roses and flowers with checkered centers. A delicate frieze of foliage highlights the inner edge and runs along the successive moldings.
