Vatican: Dignitary's Necklace - Chamberlain Of Honor Of The Cloak And Sword - Pius XI Era
Uniform insignia of the Pontifical Court from before the 1968 reforms. This full-dress collar was awarded to a lay Chamberlain of Honor.

Period Italian craftsmanship by the Vatican goldsmith: Tanfani & Bertarelli (Rome). Heraldic pendant bearing the insignia of the Holy See.
Complete set in its original octagonal red leather box bearing the coat of arms of Pius XI (Achille Ratti). Shows normal signs of wear but is overall in excellent condition.
An object of Christian phaleristics associated with the offices of the Papal Curia.
