Charming little Transition Louis XV–Louis XVI cabriolet chair, dating from the 18th century.
Our chair is made of waxed beech with a patina finish; it rests on four tapered legs, with the two front legs fluted and serrated.
The apron features deep molding.
The two front connecting blocks are embellished with pretty daisy motifs.
The backrest is violin-shaped.
The upholstery is in very good condition and very comfortable; it was recently reupholstered.
The upholstery fabric is light in color and in good condition; however, we note a barely visible stain on the seat.
