Large portico clock in marble and gilded bronze. A large model with double columns in black and white marble, richly adorned with chiseled bronze gilded with mercury, featuring a dual matte and glossy patina. At the top is an eagle with outstretched wings.
The dial, signed by a renowned 18th-century clockmaker, indicates the days of the month. It therefore chimes the hours and half-hours and displays the day of the month.
This piece dates from the late Louis XVI period.
