Career History. In 1961–1962, she definitively broke with geometry to embrace lyrical abstraction, her most highly regarded period. She then actively participated in major Belgian avant-garde salons (such as the “Aujourd’hui” group) alongside her husband Maurice Wyckaert (CoBrA / Situationist).
Double Signature & Impeccable Condition: Signed and dated “62” in the lower left corner on the front, as well as “F.
Lambilliotte 62” on the back.
Professionally cleaned; the work is in impeccable condition.
Rarity & Provenance: The only large-format piece (nearly 2 meters) available on the market. The official bilingual exhibition label from the 1960s (registered for a major institutional exhibition) is perfectly preserved on the stretcher.
