A rare and valuable "General History of Provence," in 4 vols., in-4, printed in Paris by Moutard, Bookseller and Printer to the Queen, Quai des Augustins. 1700. LXXVII. (1777). These four complete volumes belonged to H. Jacqmin, “Archivist of the City of Marseille” (ink stamp on the title page); these copies are bound in full marbled blond sheepskin with ribbed spines adorned with gilt metal fittings in the panels, marbled endpapers, and red edges (from the printing house of Philippe-Denys Pierres, rue Saint-Jacques), two beautiful fold-out maps at the beginning of the volume and illustrations of figures and medals
