Book bringing together many edicts on trade, trafficking, taxes, rules for the storage and manufacture of tobacco in Lorraine. In all ninety-two detailed judgments delivered by Leopold I. These decrees govern fraud, smuggling and the finances that this plant provides for the Duchy of Lorraine. These judgments were published between December 1703 and May 1752.
