Rome, 18th century, carved in the shape of a cluster of acanthus leaveswith a crowned top.
It houses a more recent reliquary containing ex-indumentis relicsof Blessed Jean Martin Moyë, an 18th-centurymissionary from Lorraine. He was the founder of the Sisters of Providence.
The relic is protected on the back by the seal of avicar general.
Dimensions: 36 cm high by 20 cm wide.
Condition: shows signs of use—minor chips and cracks in the wood.
