A magnificent Venetian mirror from the Louis XIV period, crafted in the second half of the 17th century from finely carved and gilded wood.

The imposing frame features an opulent decorative scheme composed of volutes, acanthus leaves, floral motifs, and openwork, culminating in an elegant architectural pediment with a canopy and carved pendants. On either side stand two eagles with outspread wings, symbols of strength and prestige, while the entire composition fully embodies the dramatic flair of Venetian Baroque.
