Biography:
Born in Italy in 1925, Serge Belloni settled in Paris in 1933. He studied at the École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts and held his first exhibition at the age of 21. Throughout his life, he devoted himself to painting, working every day in all weather to capture the essence of Paris.
His travels to Holland allowed him to master the techniques of the Flemish masters, which he refined throughout his career. His works are featured in prestigious collections around the world, from Paris to New York, Milan, and Moscow.
