Frank Will (1900–1950), whose real name was Frank William Boggs, was a French painter and watercolorist born in Nanterre and who died in Clichy.
The son of painter Frank Boggs, he adopted his artist name in 1919 and devoted himself primarily to watercolor. There are, of course, a few works he created in oil on canvas.
His body of work includes numerous views of Paris (Montmartre, the banks of the Seine, Notre Dame) as well as landscapes and ports in Normandy, including Rouen, Honfleur, Fécamp, and Le Tréport...
