Intaglio signature of the foundryman Ferdinand Barbedienne.

Ferdinand Barbedienne (1810–1892) best known for his bronze foundry partnered in 1838 with the mechanic Achille Collas (1795–1859), inventor of the process for reproducing bronze works of art.
