starting in 1924, the signature became “Daum Nancy France.” From its inception, theLorraine Cross was always included in the signature until 1945; since then, the signature has been simply “Daum France” in a very simple and refined style.
This vase was also made for the Marquise de Sévigné; this particular piece does not bear that inscription
