Pair Of Daggers, Khanjar-kinjal – Caucasus? – 19th Century
This 19th-century *kindjal* and *kandjar* clearly originated in the same workshop; the copper and silver inlay work is identical. They feature wooden scabbards clad in metal and fabric (the latter heavily worn). There is general oxidation, and one hilt is missing a stud. Lengths with scabbards: 46.2 cm and 44.2 cm; blade lengths: curved 30.2 cm, straight 30 cm.
