Large Dha-type dagger, Burma, late 19th century Single-edged iron blade ending in a point. Wooden core handle covered with a silver plate decorated with silver braiding, the pommel in the shape of a lotus bud and the ferrule with cut sides. The wooden core scabbard is covered with silver plates. It consists of three sections of increasing proportions towards the top separated by chiseled rings decorated with balls or braid patterns.
