19th-century Glass Perfume Bottle With Silver Mount
A lovely "eggplant"-colored, almost black glass perfume bottle!
The mount is made of solid silver.
English hallmarks: London - date letter: F 1821.
It still has its small stopper inside.
The name “Maud” is inscribed on the stopper; there are some minor imperfections on it, but the bottle as a whole remains in very good condition.
England, early 19th century.
